Designers and food businesses are selected by the SMEDAN conference team. To be considered, a business needs to be:
- Registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
- Registered with SMEDAN
- In active operation for at least two years
- Operating primarily in fashion, or food and beverages
- Willing to be onboarded onto the Ecobank digital payment platform
